Brandy x Monica - It All Belongs to Me

Brandy and Monica are probably the one R&B collaboration R&B fans wanted to reunite—especially seeing as how when you think of one you can’t help but bring up the other. Word hit that Brandy and Monica were going into the studio together about a month or so ago to pound out a track for Brandy’s upcoming RCA debut. Half of me was outraged, the other half was so excited… in the faithful words of Moncia herself I should have known better.

It’s not that its terrible, it’s alright in fact. What sucks about it is the two of them waited so long that they made this song that doesn’t suit either one of them anymore. Monica, as per usual, over-sings the whole second verse which was expected, while Brandy carries the song and evens out Monica’s shortcomings.

I think what I am trying to say in the end is, either scrap this shit and give me The Boy Is Mine pt.2: Baby Mama Drama, or dont do it at all.
